Mac Bros Evo vs Aero Solus

Looking to slap together a simple build to copy the lines of an A3 but have access to shouldered prefits/more modern action.

Looking at either the Mac Bros EVO or Aero Solus. Does tge EVO take prefits? I see straight jacket does not offer them, are there other places that will make a shouldered prefit?

If I remember correctly the gen 1 mack bro evo does not take a prefit and the Gen 2 will take a remage (barrel nut ) setup. I have both Gen 1 and Solus, I honestly prefer the Solus over the MacBro.
I have ran more rounds in the Mac Bro and both actions run great, I just like the throw of the Aero.

Crap so solus, unless i can decude on an ARC CDG. Is there a non-fluted bolt for the cdg? Never liked the looks.

While I'm planning on getting a CDG at some point myself... what about an Origin? They take pre-fits (both Savage w/ a nut, and shouldered), have some pretty good features, and are kind of in-between as far as price. I have one, and am in the process of buying another off a friend (who's an Aero fan boi, but that's besides the point )

For a clone I guess the Mac bros would be the closer of the two options.

If you want shouldered the Origin is another 150 or so but it’s got shouldered aplenty, you can get anything for it, it’s got the swept handle at least over the aero even if it doesn’t have the waffle stamped rem knob

Multiple origin owner here. I’d throw that name in the hat like others above. I use pre-fit proofs on mine and they are great.
