Primary arms has a real good deal on the seekins stock right now- $120. At 1/2 the price and 1/2 the weight of the magpul, it is very tempting. That said, it doesn't look 1/2 as easy to adjust. With the seekins name, I have to assume it's well built.
I've been eyeing the xlr stocks for a while, but haven't brought myself to pull the trigger. For some reason I can't wrap my head around them clamping to a round receiver extension. My bias says it will slip or rotate precisely when I don't want it to. But, this may be my next stock. It looks to be much more adjustable than the magpul, but not as convenient to adjust. I think they're lighter too. Not inexpensive.
I've got magpul PRS stocks on three rifles, so I guess I've made my choice. But, I've got a receiver set lacking a stock too and the PRS stocks are heavy and expensive, and while easily adjustable are not widely adjustable.

When you say "tops the PRS" I think you need to specify in what categories. I'd say the magpul PRS sets the bar for a "composite goodness factor" that would average all of the above, though that doesn't mean there are not "better." And, "better" for me may not be better for you. When I scratch together the cash, I think I'm going to try out an XLR...
