I'm sure most of you already do this, but just in case..... I can't express in words how many times I've found stuck SS pins inside pistol brass. I check the inside of all my brass (rifle & pistol) before I reload. Just tonight, I loaded up 300pcs @ 9mm and found 2pcs of brass that had SS pins stuck in the flash hole & had to be pulled out with needle-nose pliers. It can turn into a bad day with your decap die or even worse with your firearm.

I use only SS media for tumbling but recently tried Lyman corn cob green to "keep the shine".
EVERY ONE of those case's have corn cob in the flash hole's! Lord Tunderin Jesus (newfy accent here) that stuff should be banned! It's downright dangerous!
Now I have to unplug ALL of them by hand! What should I do!!!!!!???????????

As for the corn cob, or walnut media in the flashhole being dangerous, it's really not. Now if you had such a buildup that the primers weren't getting seated flush, maybe. Case in point, one weekend I was set to load about 3k .223's, sized and cleaned afterwards, so we had to prime them, lots of plugged holes. So we took 20 or so and loaded and fired them to see what would happen, nothing, they just fired. Now we didn't chrono them or shoot groups, just shot them. I'm not going to out and out tell you nothing can happen, but I don't consider it as serious as you think. SS media, I have no idea about hat stuff, I'd make sure it was out.
One thing that does help is to throw the cases back in the tumbler without media and run for 1-2 minutes, the vibration will knock some of it out.
