March Scope and NATO MRAD in AB

I am trading a scope for a March 3-24x42 tomorrow. I saw that the clicks are the NATO .6400 measurement (not true 6283). Is there a way to adjust for this in the AB app or on a Kestrel 5700 Elite?

Elevation and wind age correction factor? Would I use .97 or 1.018 for the correction?

Depends on he age of the March . Anything from the last few years is 6283 , ask the seller when it was
purchased , and or contact the dealer with the serial number .
