Gunsmithing Millet base and rings torque?

What's the correct torque for a Millet 2-piece base to the rifle? And for the rings to the base? Thanks beforehand.-

Aluminum bases and rings? It will surely be in inch pounds
Depending on the size of your popeye forearms, hand tight without trying to twist the driver to oblivion is all you need.
I use locktite anyway, to remove you can apply a little heat and the stuff will loosen.
