Missouri Red Flag Bill -- ALERT

Are we living in the Twilight Zone? When will this finally get referred to the Supreme Court? That garbage clearly violates the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments, there is no amount of semantic cosmetics that can hide the ugly truth, and yet these authoritarian thug contracts are spread like fertilizer in a mushroom farm. I am getting so tired of the cognitively impaired who either can't, or refuse to read, or lack the basic ability to comprehend. Red Flag, as in Soviet style.

To get this in front of the SCOTUS, it first needs to be challenged in the lower courts. That whole process requires victims of these laws. I talked to the guy who bankrolled and co-counseled the Heller (a victim) vs. DC case. He assured me that the constitutional lawyers are watching these laws and are ready to pounce.

But it would be easier if these blatant infringements on civil rights would not even become 'law' in the first place.

So call you representatives and ask them some pertinent questions:
-how do we prevent these laws from being abused as retribution against anyone the accuser might disagree with?
-how do these laws affect your constituents who do not have the financial means to defend themselves against false, frivolous accusations?
-why do we leave someone who is deemed a danger to himself or society with automobiles, knives, gasoline, matches, etc. after escalating his/her anger? (In other words, you either have a solid case to lock a person up or you better leave them alone for practical reasons even if you do not care about their rights)

For us in Colorado they already have become the (unconstitutional) law, they are being challenged by a few who would have to carry out the orders but our courts have been stacked against us since two previous governors ago. Do what you can in MO to let your so called "representatives" get an ear full, but it would be nice to find some range ear plugs that work so well as those that the Dems here must have now that they occupy the State House, Senate, and Governor's Mansion; it's a legislative and executive nightmare.
