If a class has a certain % of students who spoke a foreign language, they were taught in that language until high school

More ways the democrats make slaves.... K-8 speaking and learning in Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, etc... Graduate High School with broken english skill

Many years ago I was spending a bit of time at my sister's place. It was late at night, and I couldn't sleep. So I go over to her bookshelf, looking for something to read. (typical girl books, should have been a warning) I find this one called "Cosmetology" (Cosmology with an ET) and I'm thinking:

"Cool, I can read about planets, stars, galaxies and stuff. That's always interesting."

I grab the book, get back into bed, propped up the pillow, adjusted the light, and then crack the cover. "What the hell is this shit??????"

Just a bunch of crap about putting on makeup and doing hair-do's and stuff???? I go back to the cover and learned right there the difference that 'E' and 'T' made.

Arrrggg. Still remember that moment, to this day. 30 years later. Those two letters made a universe of difference.
