Since switching jobs, I am standing or walking about 9 hours out of my 14 hour day. The boots I have been wearing when I was running heavy equipment are not so great for when your on your feet a lot. I really like pull on boots vs. lace ups for work. What are the most comfortable pull on boots that you've had/have?

Redwing, but no matter what you buy, if your standing a lot, esp on concrete, go tho the Redwing store and get a pair of their gel pads. Like Dr Scholls but better. Yoll be glad ou did.

Are you serious about pull on comfortable boots? Want them to last for life with the ability to rebuild? Want that comfort to come from a custom fit? If so there is only one true choice:

I wish I had known about them 15 years ago. I now need both ankles totally rebuilt, three hour operation each side. I went to their web site (which from a programmers point of view is pretty darn good!) and had a look see. Quality product.

Pull on boots are life here on the ranch, and are worn 95% of the time footwear is needed...maybe even 98%.
Different feet are going to require different brands of boots, and therefore I can't make a recommendation. My feet are so wide that there are only two or three brands that have a EE that I can fit in. I also have to have a steel/composite toe. I am sure that $$$$ customs might work better overall, but I usually get a couple years out of a decent $200 pair.
I get Dr. Schols gel inserts, and wear 2 pairs of socks for the first few hard outings to break the boots in. You'll have to replace the inserts every 6-12 months, but it is worth it for comfort. A good sock goes a long way too.

Ariats are fucking junk. I've had a pair for maybe six months and the inside liners are coming apart.
This makes it a pain in the dick to take them off.

My vote is RedWings...
I hate breaking new RW in, but afterwards RW is the best fitting and comfortable boot you can get. Will last a long time too....

The most comfy ones are the Georgia slip ons I have on now. I can wear them with cargo shorts hunting, hiking, and work and not look like a complete 'tard.
Far as quality slip-ons go, it’s tough to beat RedWings. Lots of boots I’ve seen/worn started out as being quality, then the penny pinchers started compromising on little things. Georgia crepe soles used to be good, Ariats were ok Tony llamas etc... hell, even lucchesse has gone down hill in their half-crepe line. My smooth ostrich’s bought 15 years ago are still going strong after finally resoling this year, but new ones never break in right. The full crepe Romeos were pretty ok. Comfortable and a guy could get a year or two out of em. Now they’re cheap Chinese garbage. I also started wearing custom fit orthotics in everything after nerve damage in my feet. Those can turn just about anything into a decent fit.
