When my grandfather was alive (passed this past Nov) this is exactly what would happen his final few years when he was trying to articulate new thoughts. Old memories of events, no problem there, but new thoughts that required deductive reasoning or problem solving.. this is what would happen after age 89 or so. Died at 93.
The term for it is the terminal drop hypothesis. It’s estimated that about 5 years before death you begin to see mental decline in the elderly. I have seen cases that would make the believe this and others that defy it. Food for thought.

I recently took up shooting golf.
These two were recently taken at 563 yards with a M107A1.

I used a 375 H&H Mag for this with iron sights... out to 320 yards.

If you miss, the ball goes flying... if you hit it, it disintegrates like confetti.

Well I’ve dealt with my Karen allotment today, yalls turn.

She told highway patrol on herself trying to concoct a story about how I was at fault for her bad driving.

Feast upon a satchel of phalluses nitwit
I investigated accidents for 6 years for an insurance company, you would be surprised how often people incriminate themselves, usually hilariously.
