So true. I like some background noise when I sleep like the sound of a fan or air conditioner. Complete silence only makes it much louder and the pitch changes are a bitch.
I might be weird i dont sleep with any background noise. But i can sleep in noisy enviroments so there is a bonus there. I learn't to enjoy the suck. It keeps my santy in check that way
