Probably the saddest part is watching Tarrant County destroy itself. It was a great place to live city wise when I was there. Now it is just crazy how it has changed for the worse the last 20 years. Had to take my wife to a doctor in Dallas several weeks ago. I-35 is horrible to drive from OKC south. Especially when you get to the river south. The only good parts of Texas are west......but I tend to say that about any state with I-35. My SIL lives in Tyler. What an urban dump. I can't figure out what everyone does there for a living.
