Quite a few of us had that issue about 6 months after getting Covid, it probably will go away after a couple months.
Always fun when your heartrate hits 120 when you are sleeping...
A 3 day water fast got me most of the way back from long covid. I still have some tachycardia and its great when my garmin watch thinks I am running a marathon while on the toilet...

I would suspect that extremely active people in their 20s could have complications from that, especially if they are genetically disposed the blot clot issues caused by COVID.

I would suspect COVID does not cause blood clotting at all, and once again they attributing symptoms of an experimental shot or treatment to the disease.
