NASA isn’t just trying. Per NASA: “NASA has also previously committed to selecting a crew with racial, gender and professional diversity.”

I had thought the first crew was supposed to include the first black female astronaut. I mean, they have obviously, done black males before (Guion Bluford being the first, and then, of course, the late Ronald McNair of the Challenger crew).

Humboldt county California was an interesting place to live back in the 90’s (I hope it still is), the trust fund hippies wanted to protest the fact that men could go shirtless in public but women couldn’t by getting together and riding bikes around town topless. I supported them 100%

Yes, my 1.2KW's are the predecessor to the MC1.25KW's. I didn't realize the 1250 nomenclature was the same. My 1.2KW's are around 5 years old. In addition to the 2 channel equipment list previously, I'm running a McIntosh MX 122 A/V Processor, MC 205 amplifier, Sony UHD Blue Ray player, Wilson Audio center channel, JL Audio Subwoofer, and Apple 4K Tv. All of my interconnects and cabling are Atlas from Scotland.

Went there to hunt turkey on a grow farm a couple of years ago. The whole triangle was crawling with meth heads, AKA The Toothless and Ruthless.

Trade school? Why would anyone want to be a plumber, welder, mechanic, linesman, auto body man, truck driver, or anything else when you can get your master degree, be $200K in debt and make $15hr?

One of my Son's finished lineman school. 5 Months, pretty intense. Making double that Min posted, plus overtime - as much as he wants. I will see him this weekend. Will be fun to ask him "Is it fun to cut the power to the "intelligent, yet unemployed man bun crowd?"

not sure if its true with this particular job listing but you rarely if ever put the actual offered salary in the listing

employees are always looking at the company job listings and salaries for positions

it causes drama as you can imagine, and causes HR nightmares

usually the recruiter or HR will give the job seeker a 30% range on the phone before the first interview

I am not sure where you review job postings. I worked for the largest insurance company on the planet and we always posted starting and max salaries in job postings. If you go to Indeed.com and look at postings almost all of them list starting salaries, the ones that don't are cheap asses trying to get people in for an interview and then low ball them with an offer.
