Place rosemary on the meat after the flip if you can tend it and spoon the grease over. If you put it in the pan it will burn and become bitter. Dripping butter through it will impart flavor without scorching it.I would eat that!!!
Looks delicious. Dig the fresh rosemary and garlic on top vs just in the pan.
