It should have never made it to a grand jury in TX if lethal force is legal to protect property there.
That's what the switchback looked like about 3/4s of the way up onto Dry Mesa if you took the back way up. I haven't hunted elk out there in almost 15 years now. I wonder if its passable the back way now. Any Grandjuction guys here know?
Obviously whoever wrote this has never dealt with an HOA. The HOA will just fine you until it's removed then sue you for not paying their fines. If you're lucky they might not foreclose on your property... yes the can do that.
They won’t own a gun. They’ll just preach about gun control and pass anti-gun laws at the state and federal level. Some will become talk show hosts.
My HOA said I had an abandoned vehicle in my driveway - because they never saw it leave it's spot. WTF? But after doing a high-gear burnout with it in the HOA president's driveway - it gave them something else to bitch about.
