It's Tuesday!

OK this actually brings up a need I have - do they have something like this in a consumer type version? I'm not talking about the ones you buy at Harbor Freight, Northern tool, etc that have a handle and wheels - those suck. I need to pick up lots of nails from a pile of pallets that were burned.
They sell large ones for trucks /plow blade attachment etc..but I never saw a powered one for outside use

Something like this maybe…Going to need to mount it on something. They make a small 30” one

Or, if you need something small, this little one that pulls 100 pounds would do the trick

Those wheeled magnets vary greatly in strength. You don't want a shitty homeowner quality one. You need to look at a commercial roofing supplier. ABC is the big one in my part of the country. Trust me, the commercial grade ones will pick up your nails. I borrowed one from work last year to clean up an old burn pile at a house I bought.

A good one will cost you a few hundred dollars.

Well not exactly, and not in most cases. But, lack of oxygen at the time of birth, either though blood flow restriction to the brain or though environmental oxygen starvation can and will cause serious non repairable brain injury.
Severe asphyxia can cause:
What they don’t tell you is that the person with that type of injured brain becomes a somewhat violent and VERY ANTISOCIAL individual. I had several clients who suffered from asphyxia at the time of birthing. They are not people you want to be around.

HOWEVER, a treatment has been found. Not medically approved or used or authorized to use by the powers that be. A strong dose of DMSO intravenously immediately administered will promote enough oxygenation to alleviate the symptoms.

Worked with mental retardation all my life. Mention an issue in that field and I can say, sadly, that I’ve seen it, worked with people who had it and can’t say, despite some efforts, much is truly being done. Still far too many “professionals’ want those people to spend their lives trying to put square pegs in round holes in sheltered workshops.
Brain injury yes. Mental retardation no.

Actually sorry to hear you have had to deal with and see things like that..

some professions I simply could not bare to do and that is one of them.
