Well the sea lions used to be harmless, then the Obama Administration back in Sept of 2009 (I think) started the Obama sea lion care act. Not only did it give them better protection but it allowed for subsidiaries of the fatherless sea lions and all was good until they cut funding. Now they all feel entitled to hand outs and are striking out at divers in protest. The waters aren't safe anymore....
