When Target came to Summerville, SC, they proposed painting their logo on the town's water tower and taking responsibility for maintaining the exterior paint. I was at the town council meeting when Target's lawyer proposed this, and one of the council members said "Now there's a good idea" while shooting upward with a finger gun. The place broke out in laughter and they immediately voted "No".
We don't have a Target, but we have lots of Minute of Road Sign shooters if we did. 
I never have understood why dumb phucks shoot road signs.....
We know up & right but we need distance from firing point to be more precise with the adjustment,A little low and left..
Projectile also seems to have tumbled before impact., looks unbalanced & a bit flat nosed like a old 30/30 or something.

Being originally from Spokane I'll testify that anyone living on Freya already looks like they've been done in by worse than Will Smith.
Funny, I was thinking the same thing…. Freya runs N/S…. All the Spokane kids are outing themselves…. More likely to find a meth house in that neighborhood
