It's outstanding Deep Fried with a light tempura batter. Seriously. NOBODY eats more meat than this guy, NOBODY. It's also good on hot summer days chilled, and I mean chilled big time, the good stuff from Nippon Land, with soy, sesame seeds n chopped scallions. Oh ya Sake. Touch of Sake in the soy sauce. Nice little side dish. I've never smoked it but I have smoked Mochi when having Yaki Mochi. The Japanese use to carry that stuff in their pockets during war. Very filling and enjoyable. There's so many great foods out there and so damn many people have no idea what they're missing, but I get it. I use to be pretty closed minded once myself.........
