I'm assuming, generally, an M79. Not aware of any specific details. Any backstory to this ? To my un-educated eye, this looks like a damn fine piece of workmanship. Are there actually two, or is this just one, Photoshopped back to back ?

If that is real obsidian it is sharper than shit. Pretty nice looking modern piece altogether, even if it isn't real obsidian. A couple steps above tourist shop fare.
