Seeing military vehicles, aircraft, vessels, and weaponry in all conditions appear in the most random places are a very common occurrence there. Almost like the Russian version of playing geotag... Taking a family roadtrip and want to keep the kids entertained??? Lets play a game of "how many tanks you see parked in peoples' front yards and driveways every mile"...
