lets see those smoke pole kills.

Here are my two from this weekend. This is honest to god how they fell. 2 shots 2 deer. Range about 80 yards.

Gun: TC Impact
Scope: SWFA 6x MOA/MIL
Load: 250gr. Hornady SST ML hi-speed lo-drag over 2 - 50gr. 777 Magnum Pellets.

Got this one the afternoon of our early muzzleloader opener. Had had JUST got situated on stand hanging bow AND muzzleloader and started looking around. Looked to the left an out steps one feeding. It was to far for the bow especially with some branches in between so I grabbed the Encore (250gr SST over 100grs of 777).

BOOM...knocked it STRAIGHT down stays there for a second. Then does TWO complete roll overs like a dog, an runs away. After a short bit of tracking here she is.

Stacking them up like firewood, huh? I only got to go a couple of times for our muzzle loader season this year and had no luck. Hopefully gun season will prove to be better for me.
