My employer mandated the vaccine. Anyone else?

I wonder what that's going to do for insurance rates. They find a defect and you won't be able to afford the premium. It's going to be a new part of the physical for insurance in the near future.

We were never forced into the jab, but we were heavily encouraged to take it. I declined. Any of the local shops that do govt. contract work, and any of the Federal buildings I have access to I was told I would no longer be allowed entry unless I could show proof of vaccination, or a negative Kung Flu test. No worries, I'm not really out in the field much these days anyway. Fast forward another three years, and all of that has mostly quietly died out. Still not sure about my Federal building access, but don't really care. Just glad I didn't put that shit in my body.
 
LA Unified is the 2nd largest school district in the US, surrounded by boat-loads of ambulance-chaser attorneys who will find themselves up against Pharma’s legal machinations.

It’s true though that via conformity, not any science, doctors and institutions were pressured into not only buying into the BS that experimental mRNA gene-editing therapies were vaccines, but also into acting as spokespeople in the advertisement campaign promoting them as such.

No way our benevolent government will allow the jabbed to be uninsured.

I expect life insurance to be declared a basic human right and the working class will be taxed (via premiums) to cover those who were jabbed.

Due their recent scandal in a certain murder trial in state they have been exposed as men with no clothes.

Navy SEALs, Personnel Denied Religious Accommodation from COVID Vaccine Mandate Reach Settlement with Navy

Settlement says Navy class members’ careers will not be impacted by refusal to take vaccine, more training for commanders on religious liberty.
Ft. Worth, TX—First Liberty Institute and Hacker Stephens LLP announced a settlement with the U.S. Department of the Navy on behalf of thousands of Navy service members. The lawsuit was originally filed on behalf of dozens of Navy SEALs and Navy Special Operators and was later expanded to cover a class of all Navy servicemembers who had religious objections to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
The settlement ensures that Navy service members who refused the COVID vaccine for religious reasons will now have an opportunity to have their records corrected and their careers protected, considering the next three promotion “boards must not consider any adverse information related solely to COVID-19 vaccine refusal in cases in which a religious accommodation was requested.” Servicemembers who elected to leave service after being mistreated by the Navy will also get their records corrected. The Navy also agreed to post a statement affirming the Navy’s respect for religious service members, provide more training for commanders who review religious accommodation requests, revise a policy related to accommodation requests that was changed during the mandate, and pay $1.5 million in attorneys’ fees.
“This has been a long and difficult journey, but the Navy SEALs never gave up,” said Danielle Runyan, Chair of the Military Practice Group and Senior Counsel at First Liberty Institute. “We are thrilled that those members of the Navy who were guided by their conscience and steadfast in their faith will not be penalized in their Navy careers.”
“This was a hard-fought but significant victory for all members of the military and the principle of religious liberty,” added Heather Gebelin Hacker, lead counsel for the class along with Andrew Stephens and a partner at Hacker Stephens LLP.

In the settlement, the Navy agrees to “re-review the personnel records of all Class Members to ensure that the U.S. Navy has permanently removed records indicating administrative separation processing or proceedings, formal counseling, and non-judicial punishment actions taken against the Class Member solely on the basis of non-compliance with the COVID-19 Mandate and adverse information related to non-compliance with the COVID-19 Mandate.”
In January 2022, First Liberty Institute and the law firm Hacker Stephens LLP won the first major victory in the nation against the military’s vaccine mandate in Navy SEALs1-26, et al v. Biden in Fort Worth, Texas, and later expanded the case into a class action on behalf of all affected Navy members, securing injunctive relief that prevented the Navy from kicking out these service members with religious objections to the vaccine. Both the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit upheld that injunction. And even though the Fifth Circuit last year ruled the Navy’s appeal of the injunction was moot because Congress rescinded the vaccine mandate, the court made clear that the case could continue in the district court to evaluate the Navy’s broader religious discrimination that came to light because of the mandate.
Attorneys asked the United States District Court Northern District of Texas Fort Worth Division to dismiss the lawsuit. But because harms from the mandate still linger, the Court denied that request and the parties reached a settlement on behalf of all class members that was approved by the Court today.

Dude I went to the Academy with and resigned before getting a Dishonorable was recently at a wedding attended by some former coworkers that worked the Inquisition Trials.

They were telling him they felt bad having put us through so much shit.

He refused giving them absolution. Told them they will need to come to terms with that on their own with no forgiveness from us.

How many Mass. troopers that stayed "died suddenly" or had disabling strokes/clots/heart attacks/cancer to date?
I posted this in died suddenly last week…..

This is three young guys from the same class there are a couple other suddenlies from other classes.

I don’t trust my judgement - I’m biased in this fight.

Of dudes I worked directly with and knew to be in as good or better shape than genpop.

A supervisor that was on a vent and in a coma within hours of taking the shot, he had waited until the last day of eligibility to meet the mandate.

A classmate that developed blood clots in his lungs within a two week period of getting the shot after the mandate was announced.

A young kid, twenties, massive heart attack had to be opened up to get cleaned out. Retired.

Another early thirties mild heart attack back to work after a month.

Classmate, never smoked actually a firing offense to use tobacco on the job, army Ranger good shape stage 4 lung cancer out of the blue. Retired.

Supervisor, 50s, good shape, mild heart attack last year, still working.

Ones I didn’t know but heard the stories

Sgt 40s dead in the front seat of his pickup truck at home.

Tpr 50s, stroke, lived a week succumbed.

Nother younger guy I saw the union was trying to get donations for after a tree crushed his house medically retired for “circulatory issues”.

A Major passed out in his cruiser crashed

Another trooper passed out in his cruiser crashed.

My friends have more stories.

I remember dudes having issues usually older guys late in their careers. Also remember one young dude out for a run heart attack dead.

I don’t know.

What I do know is no one is asking any questions and everyone is being told it definitely wasn’t the shot it is hereditary.

Cowards for not even investigating.
 
really admire those of any job who refused on smarts or principal. i am lucky to have been well retired when the scamdemic abuse started. i truly do not know what i would have done. could say i would have been a brave denier but ??? i would have been totally unemployable anywhere in the state in my only salable skill had i refused. all health/disease care places were demanding the shot with proof in order to work. easily gave up duplicate bridge. all shooting ranges or fishing boats were not requiring any such shit. so,my recreations were not undoable.

At least 150 requested accommodation for either medical or sincere beliefs.

A bunch just said fuck it, had been looking for a reason to retire and left.

A bunch wanted to continue to work but took retirement in duress - now suing.

A bunch didn’t want to go through the trials and end up with a predetermined Dishonorable Discharge - they resigned and are suing.

13 got Dishonorably Discharged - not able to retire and not wanting to have someone say “You quit” - suing the state.

31 are in the suit.

So some 120 swore under pains and penalties of perjury they could not morally take the shot and ended up taking the shot yet now testify in court they will tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth. See an issue?

Had the 300 held together - no way the gov could withstand the fall out of firing two academy classes.

Had the 150 held tight that’s an academy class. Still would have been too many to hide.

Retiring and resigning was done quietly and caused no waves.

They dragged out firing the thirteen for 5 months and released the orders on a Friday night in the height of Covid mania.

The greater part of the brainwashed public at that time wanted us in a gas chamber or at minimum banned from society.

Since some other executive agencies have hired people back but for MSP it’s a thing of hate. No other agency laid out the pain like MSP.

Everyone else it was “Sorry this sucks hopefully you can come back soon”

MSP suspended us without pay the first day, put us through three trials over 5 months, state denied unemployment, went with Dishonorable Discharge instead of general, 3 months after firing us “expired” our firearms licenses just to remind us they had not forgot. The notification threatened us with felonies and sanctions that had nothing to do with the law as it is written. It was bizarre coming from the agency tasked with all state firearms licensing.

The last was after telling the civil service commissioner under oath they had no intention to pull our licenses. He censured them for the dishonorable discharges going out of his way to say it was never the intent of the mandate to do this to employees.

A week ago they declined to attend mediation after cancelling three times.

It will probably be 2026 before we see a court room.

Amazing thing was before there was any killing the Major of the Troop allowed anyone that didnt want to kill step out.

They never were abused, had to do perimeter security and got called pussies by their coworkers but otherwise kept something of their souls intact.

Would have been better had they shot their coworkers but it was proof that “I had to” wasn’t true.

that is what i mean by courage to resist. it would have been easy for nursing to put a stop to it. but mostly women who felt they were obligated to sacrifice for "the patient" a BS ploy that has worked in nursing for 100yr +. was in a big univ hosp. think maybe 500 RNs? don;t know but if 200 refused,prob work and census stoppages. 300 out for sure. 100 or so and they could have moved a few 100 out paper pushing,"education" and "management" to fill in. would have been a disaster as most of those had 0 clinical knowledge or skills. could have forced more tasks on training docs but that would be problematic at several levels. this is a field that has desperately needed unions for 60+ years that i am aware of. and i hate unions so... this is a job that has allowed mandatory 12hr shifts in EVERY position anywhere. i am unaware of any 8hr shifts anywhere in the country. and boy does management love it. no accidental overtime and needs 2/3 of staff on any unit over 8hr shifts. of course mistakes and burn out are rampant but management never gave a shit any way. so,yes 1st responders are not my favs but the ones that refused and took it up the ass for principal have my undying respect. these are the type of principled people that SHOULD be cops and EMTs.

It’s a great book but I had a tough time even listening to it
I know people will become brutal ruthless animals but even still I have a hard time seeing modern humans perform the acts they did.

Those guys grew up in a time when people were harder and perhaps actually had seen an animal or two butchered.

Our “clean” living moderns would be unable to bear that type of slaughter. This does not apply to undeveloped areas. Places like Haiti will gut you and make a boa of your intestines.

Modern day soy fed evil would need to commit slaughter on that scale with a pill or something you took voluntarily…….
