Being an educator (retired) I can relate that children during the first 8 years of life, have very little understanding of the outside world. Their world is literally their parents world. Educators are with those children for quite a few of their waking hours during those years of PreK Kindergarten and 1st though.
However children, have a serious lack of abstract thought, tending to be more ”concrete.” Literal. That is to say, they cannot conceptualize the flight of a bullet through space, but they relate to the loud bang and the hole in the target.
So, inside the classroom is a woman who is supposed to be a man or a man who is supposed to be a woman. If, you have problems understanding that people are not exactly what they are supposed to be, you have a whole classroom of very confused children, at a time when they need to be forming basic ideas of what is supposed to be and what is not supposed to be.
I wanted my students to understand concepts. But to understand concepts, one starts at the very basics and build on those literal (concrete) ideas. “When one has a clear understanding of the basics than the complicated stuff is easy.”(Randy Pausch; 2006)
Putting this “person” in the classroom acting the way ”it” acts is like putting children in the Kindergarten class and expect them to understand serious mental issues within their own selves and others around them. Sort a like being able to successfully perform Differential Calculus, before a.) they have been introduced to numbers and b.) before they are allowed to move on to the first grade.
Point, get your kid in a good Catholic school. I am not Catholic and have no ties to Catholicism but there is a good chance, he will get an education and not a social deviance lesson (that they can hardly conceptualize much less fully understand!)

OMG provides free hidden video cameras to citizen journalists. When he was at Project Veritas, they did that to a teacher in Sacramento, CA, and a few days later the teacher was gone.

This is why both my kids are at Catholic/private school. They don’t allow that sort of mental illness. Actually it’s the opposite they teach the truth that there are only 2 genders. A friend of ours is a 7th grade teacher at one of the local public schools. She was telling us that last year she was required to play a video for her class of a bearded dude in a dress. He explained to the class that he enjoyed wearing his mothers dresses when he was in 7th grade and that it was perfectly normal for them to do the same. Also they had to read a book that glorified a kid who had

There was a post on some forum about their kids doing home academics for 2 hours per day and still passing the same tests than the public schools with flying colors. The following comments then confirmed that it takes nowhere near an entire day in a small class setting to learn a day's worth of public schooling.
Think about private gun classes for example. Why are they substantially more expensive that the herd classes? Because they are substantially more effective. The progress is tailored to the student's abilities and not limited by the slowest learner in the class.
