Re: My PGW Timberwolf came in Woot Woot!

Hey Dave:

Nice rig - love the colour.

I have twins, a T'wolf and a Coyote in .308.

Don't forget to put an S&B scope on it, to do it justice.

If you haven't got any loads, shoot me a message and I can give you some including some chrono results from mine.

FWIW The Timberwolf is the Intermediate Sniper Rifle for the Canadian Army, and mine looks exactly like there's.

Here's the link for PGWDTI.

Indeed they are!

So this was purchased from Jacob or he put you in contact with the seller or PGW? Curious because i nearly ordered one once but backed out because of extreme build times.

He had a deal go backwards on this one as I was looking for one. Lucky.

Re: My PGW Timberwolf came in Woot Woot!

Ive been trying to find one for a couple years now, always seem to miss out on them. Ill call Jacob and see if I can come across one. Very nice rifles

Re: My PGW Timberwolf came in Woot Woot!

I have had the pleasure of doing load work and being behind one of these for about 200 rounds, they truly are works of art.

I thought about getting one with my EOC bonus but I just cannot justify the price to myself.

Re: My PGW Timberwolf came in Woot Woot!

They are still still making these and have a number in stock. PGW gave away a timberwolf at the last tactical match I shot at in British Columbia, Canada for the first place over all shooter. My buddy won it. Very nice rig.

Has JP had time to take her out for a run yet? He seemed pretty excited about winning it.

I never even opened the box to check it out. I was too afraid I would scratch something I was going to award to somebody.

I don't know. Haven't talked to him in a few weeks. He and Kris got shipped off to Sniper concentration. As soon as they get back I will let you know. Check your PM's here Mike. Nice to hear from you.

Re: My PGW Timberwolf came in Woot Woot!

DAMN. I really like the Spiral Flute on that Barrel. If you don’t mind me asking what was the end price and wait time? I haven’t heard many positive things about there owners or customer service so I am intrigued as to how the experience was for you...

I had great service. I called on a friday and the rifle was at my door on wednesday. They got a bad rep while working on the DND Contract because that was there focus and priority but since they've finished that they have been stocking rifles so it takes next to no time to get a rifle delivered here in Canada.
