Name that ballistic program

I remember seeing something a while back where the program/app had a feature in it that would give you a percentage calculation on your chance at actually hitting the target, given that everything went the way it should have.

Am assuming they factored in a cone of accuracy piece into the algorithm based on velocity, bullet weight, distance, etc versus target size and mean radius and came up with a probability.

Anyone know what it was?

Yep, that WEZ is a pretty straightforward Monte-Carlo sampler for hit probability. This Wez is something else entirely..
