Need help ordering Lucas Bore guide for HS HTR

Hello, wondering if anyone can help.
I put in an order with a friend for a Lucas bore guide for my HS
HTR .308.

I was asked if it is a rem 700 action clone.

I'm not sure what to respond as it is a bit of a combination that has used the best features of the M70 AND M700. The safety comes from Winchester's M70, with the rest of the bolt similar to a M700 with from what I can tell would be a Sako type extractor.


If anyone could add more specifics to help me with this order it would be greatly appreciated. I know he needs the info for chamber fitting of the guide.

To order a Lucas bore guide he needs

Caliber
Cleaning rod to be used
Diameter of your bolt body

and does he need any diameter measurements of the lugs at the face?

Does anyone know if the HS HTR pro2000 SA action has the same bolt body diameter as a M700?
I'm currently at work and can't go home to measure and don't even own a Rem 700 to compare.

Is lucas taking orders again. I tried to order a boreguide a few months ago and received an email back saying they are not currently taking orders.

Not sure. As far as I know he is. My friend is doing the ordering and hasn't indicated either way.

I ordered one last week on April 7th and he said it would ship out on May 7th. Looks like he is taking orders with about a month lead time. I am local to him (SC), don't know if that makes any difference though, I wouldn't think so?

Hey all, I realize this thread is a little old but was hoping someone had info on ordering? I sent an email but never got a response back.. Does that mean he isn't taking orders?
