That is an early hart barrel. The right side is the symbol for the Custom Shop Smith that barreled it up. To me, these are the most accurate and desirable models of 40X. Is this an XBR model?

Yup. Sure is. No idea of round count or accurate history of gun. Topped with a Lyman AO scope.
