Long range coyotes and goats sound like a blast! If someone wants to send me out an Extreme Hunter and some ammo, I'd be happy to down some wolves with one!

I just finished up prepping my first 100 rds of brass. I have Federal 210m and 215m primers. Any of you prefer one over the other for the
6.5 4S?
It must be a new optic he is testing. It looks to be more of a long range hunting option from Bushnell. I saw his post on facebook and he called it the "new bushnell PT LRHS scope" I cant find any info on it. Im not sure if thats an official name or just what he calls it.ok George what scope is that on the green gun? bushnell with low profile knob off of the 1-8.5

The three amigos have been using the March scopes. Tactical 2.5-25 x 42 around $2600. If you go back a few pages on this thread you can see Pats.
That's a 10x42 PMII S&B on Pats, there isn't a side focus parallax knob on it in the photo above, Sendero is using NF, and I'm pretty sure that isn't a March on George's rifle on account of I just got one and it doesn't look like that one.
And two different people.
Look again....George is shown with an OD Green rifle in the first set of pics and Multicam rifle in the next set...same guy...

Guys, I'm still hunting with Pat in Montana now. Took a big Montana Antelope this morning. The 6.5 SAUM is still putting them down with scary results. All my animals have been shot with 130 Berger Hunting VLD's pointed. They have all opened perfectly and exits are golf ball size. On the scope, I don't have permission yet to give full details. It's a Scope that Pat and Myself got to fully spec out and was designed to our every detail. This is the first prototype and I can tell you this is a scope that will have heads spinning. They have done a great job. A few more little tweaks it will be the pinnacle of long range hunting scopes. It also has a brand new reticle that goes with it called the G2H. I plan on writing up a full report here as soon as I return. Stay Tuned!

Hello George,
In an earlier post you mentioned the Nosler LR Accubonds. Did using them not pan out? Just wondering![]()
No doubt, Papa! The 6.5 SAUM hunt is making me want to go over the cliff and build one. I hate being a poor bastard.
Congrats to the three of you.![]()
Two rifles?
That is the 4s optic.![]()
My 6.5 4S came in today #19
Lapping rings and getting ready to mount the March on it. Then clean it and try and get to the range Thur.
Everything came as ordered except the Jewell trigger as they were out of stock and I didn't want to wait. I will find one and get it installed.
Want to thank Ken and Dustin at GAP for the outstanding service.
I'll get some pics up as soon as I can. Thanks Scott and Pat for the help also.

My predictions on the bushnell:
30mm tube, 44mm objective, 10mil per rev, zero stop, 3-21 power, FFP, non illuminated, less busy version of G2, msrp $1899
No locking elevation knob
I hope it's less than $1899! Would not be worth it with those specs, can get a MK6 3-18x44 TMR for less than that.
