Hey, new guy here with a few questions. Just getting into bolt rifles, been playing with ebrs for quite a few years. I have a Remington VTR in .308. Not the rifle I was really wanting but it is what I got to work with and at worse I have a good 700 action to build on. First I want to change the stock I'm looking at either the B&C medalist or the Choate tactical. Any opinions on either of these 2? I also want to convert over to a detachable mag with the Wyatt's kit which I know is drop in with the B&C but how much would I have to modify the Choate? Thanks for any help.
