Well I thought I'd take the time to introduce my first bolt gun and it's short evolution!
Towards the end of 2012 I was finally able to shoot my first decent long range .308 bolt gun, a 26" PSS r700... After a few shots I thought I was the coolest kid on the block cause i was banging steel at almost 500yds. At that point in time I knew I was hooked/screwed.
10 days later I was on my way to pick up my new 20" sps, couple days later I slapped on a Nikon buckmaster and a bipod and off to the desert we went!
While I had shitons of fun, I got bored pretty quickly "Boom........BING"... After a couple trips I decided it was time for some "upgrades" to see how far I can reach out and how accurate I can be.
First orderes were to dump that cheap flimsy Houge stock. Found a nice used B&C in OD.
And that's where it all went down hill... New stock? Why not look into some better glass?? Those SWFA SS's sure are purdy!! So then came the Illuminated 5-20x50 SS, cat tail, sunshade and BC caps. Needed some new mounts of course so I opted for a Seekins 20moa rail and NF ultralight rings!

Well then I started considering a DBM... Few hundy for a nice bottom metal, couple more bucks for inletting.... Ya know for a few more $$$ you can get a nice Mcree that's ready to go!! Yup, sure can! And it just so happened I came here and BAM it was ment to be cause as soon as I opened the forsale section there it was!

I still have a few minor things in gonna do, including a new knob and fluted bolt, threading the barrel, and putting some color on the barrel and action. But for now I am extremely happy!! Can't wait to get behind this Mcree and SS!
