New "Icon" on our Profile?

I've just recently noticed a little icon that looks almost like a cell phone or something above our avatars. For all I know it's been there for years and I never noticed it. When I hold over it for some members it says "(member) is on a Distinguished road", mine says "bogeybrown is off the scale". I saw one member's that said "(user) is an unknown quantity at this point".

Some of the icons are green, others are grey.

What the hell are these things, please?

It's been there since the format turnover... Good thing you have those pups to do your looking! It is the "reputation" and is linked to posts somehow, frequency or something like that it seems.

I turned mine off a while ago. My Profile > Settings > General Settings > Show/Hide Reputation

Because some of them were green I think I was confusing them with the "online" indicator. I totally would have failed KIMS on this one.

I saw the "reputation" thing but really didn't pay attention to it. I said it was probably there for years and I didn't notice it, it sucks to be right.
