Hi y'all. Grew up in Texas hunting deer, pig and waterfowl. Also spent a fair amount of time shooting prairie dogs, coyote and crows for $$ with 30-06 accelerators up until the 80's. Kinda got out of the hunting game when I moved up here when I found everybody sitting in trees baiting and waiting for deer and not stalking on the ground, but never lost interest in long range shooting. Ready to move out beyond 600yds, which were some of my best shots to date, and found a wealth of info here already, so thank you to everyone for sharing your wisdom. Looking forward to spending an inordinate amount of time here (though it seems like I'll be in good company).
