Rifle Scopes New Nightforce ATACR Turret caps?

Hello everyone,

Apologies if I’m late to the game but had a 7-35 ATACR Arrive with this cap on it I hadn’t seen before with the second row of numbers. Kind of feels like a second rev indicator is missing.

Anyone else seen these or know if there the future of NF elevation turret caps? Or second focal plane ATACRs only?

Not a huge topic just interesting.

So, yours is a a 2FP? I just received this new F1 from Euro yesterday. Could be that mine is old stock, although my manual says sepcifically F1 on the cover.

How about yours - does the manual say it is for both F1 and 2?

Manual says F1 but it’s a SFP MILC scope.

I am only guessing but you probably have the “new” turret offering. Mine is a MILC 1FP

I just got the F1 version also, new and it has the “old” style lol

I asked my contact at NF and this is the reply I received:

Doug,

Around SHOT Show 2019 we began incorporating second revolution engraving on our ATACR 5-25x and 7-35x models' elevation dials. As there was not a hard intro date on any given SKU, it's not something we can track - it will just be luck of the draw as inventory rotates.

It is possible that we will begin offering just the elevation dials so customers with the original design can switch out to the second row engraving version, but we do not have any specific information on when these will be available, yet.

What is everyones level of interest in a custom turret that has 0-36mil markings (three rows) and what would you pay? These would be made from blank factory NF caps that are done professionally ...not stickers.

My new 4-16x50 Mil XT F1 has the second rev numbers.

Easy to read and use. Dialled to 17 mills for the mile and went 3/5 with the 300 Norma.
