I have some Berger 208 hybrid on the way and 1000 215 Hybrid in hand.
But they will be running in my 308s first.

My 300 WM 26" factory barrel will run 200 SMKs over 3200 fps, in an Alum chassis with 3.715 mags.
I have a 300 Rum to try them in also.
But I took the barrel off it for the 510 Whisper project.
So I need another action to build a 300 WM, which there is little difference in that and the 300 PRC, when set up the same. The performance is almost identical, since the case capacity is almost identical.
But the 300 WM brass is cheaper and more readily available. Plus the longer one seats out the long high BC bullets the case capacity one has, alot of difference between 3.4" and 3.7" or 3.8" COAL, in case capacity....more room for slower powders, increasing the performance of the standard 300 WM to compete with all the other newer 300 mags.
