Suppressors New to Suppressors

I just acquired my first suppressor, a Thunderbeast Ultra 9, a Christmas gift from by children (Yes, I know I have great kids!). I will be using it on a long range precision rifle and an AR. I'm new to this and not very knowledgeable. Where can you point me for basic information to me started on how to use it well and safely on both rifles?
