So,in a perfect world and not considering bore to scope height you will have around 21.5 moa of usable elevation if you zero at 100yds with a flat base. </div></div>
I have never seen a scope, base, rifle combination zero in the exact middle of the scopes adjustment range. But as you said, "in a perfect world" that should be the case.
