I have a c446 second focal plane scope. I need to know at what magnification do I need to have my scope on to properly use the subtensions?

I believe it’s two specific mag settings just can’t remember

Full power mag would be true subtensions and half power mag would be double subtensions for a SFP. Or for some scopes, there is a designated mag for reticle subtensions on your mag ring , typically "R" marking on ring. Then that setting is true subtensions and half of that mag is double subtensions.

For a C446 reticle subtensions are true at 25x, from what I could find. You should be able to confirm in the manual. So at half power (12.5x ) your markings on reticle would double.
