Re: night pics of my Remington R-15 .223

Flash hider advertisement hahahahaha that's a good idea for flash hider advertisement

............. Well about the Remington R-15 they don't come with a flash hider. The one I got doesn't even have threads I will have to get a gunsmith to do that for me. Everyshot I took it was like a flash bang got thrown in front of me. I was blind for a few seconds.

Re: night pics of my Remington R-15 .223

Good ol' 'target' crown AKA ban compliant...

Flash hiders DO work. They aren't there just to look scary as CA/NY legislators would lead you to believe.

Re: night pics of my Remington R-15 .223

^^^^ ain't that the truth.......... Maybe I should go and complain at caitpitol hill of Komifornia

that the hider is not a evil feature but something that works. But I will eventually go and get threads put on for a hider.

Re: night pics of my Remington R-15 .223

While youre there explain to them how much suppressors hide flash, and how much better they are for your ears, and that they arent for assassins...and that we SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY $200 for every one we own or WAIT 3 FRICKIN MONTHS to process some paperwork!

Having participated in a suppressors only night shoot it was interesting to compare the different brands ability to hide muzzle flash. Everyone there was using a different manufacturer. YHM, SRT, Shark, SWR, Thunderbeast. They all did a good job, and surprisingly the cheapest one there, the YHM, seemed to do the best job..there was virtually no visible muzzle flash. They were all 308's by the way.

I will try my best to explain our friendly advice.

Nice second post. Imagine the suppressors on .223 the would not be one spec of flash at all. I wish we could have them here in Komifornia.

It was a Canon S5 IS but I used a player that can slow down the video to take a snap shot of the screen.

Re: night pics of my Remington R-15 .223

Seriously I know huh............. I got to find a gunsmith to thread the barrel or find a clamp on flash hider.

Re: night pics of my Remington R-15 .223

Great camera work to catch that muzzle blast!!!!

Smith ent Vortex claims to " eliminate " flash all together, I have been wanting to test it. Was anyone at the nightshoot running a vortex w/ not suppressed by chance?

Same w/ the noveske pig eh'????
