She doesn't have the authority to make any decision regarding nuclear weapons release authority. Period. End of story.
Pelosi knows that. We know that. I know that. But a lot of people don't know that and will eat it up like pudding. They don't know that there isn't just a literal big red button or how the verification system works or that even if an order is sent to launch missiles with full confirmation it doesn't mean the guys on the boat turn the keys and rain fire. And they don't want to know any different and won't listen if you tell them.

Graham, it appears, may have had a "change of heart" yesterday after getting mobbed in the airport by a group of conservative citizens who basically told him he would never be able to show his face in public again without being called out and shamed. He appeared on Hannity last night looking terrible - exhausted and red/teary-eyed like he'd been crying. He made a public appeal to Pelosi to stop the impeachment process, most likely in an attempt to rehab his image. While he is a flip-flopping politician, I think those folks in the airport got their message across to him...maybe.
Nope, not always. He got caught earlier this week, too. TWICE - Once on the plane where he got to listen to a chorus of passengers shouting, “Trait-or! Trait-or...!”, then again in the airport itself where he got lambasted by a lady. But this was the day before the protest happened, and so there had been no comment from him yet on that (unlike Graham, who got mobbed SPECIFICALLY for his anti-Trump comments after the protests).
