Rifle Scopes Non Magnified, Non Red Dot-Cross Hair Scope?

I have Aimpoint, Eo’s and looking to possibly pick up an SRS red dot but I would like to have a simple Non Computerized, Non Magnified Cross Hair Scope incase of a EMP or a severe Solar Flare that would dissable the Red Dots?
I would like to find a Cross Hair Scope without Magnification for quick acquisition?

Leupolds prismatic and Burris' 132 fit that bill I believe. Leupold has couple different models, the illumination module can be removed from the sight. Im pretty sure Burris can be seen without illumination, not for certain, positive the leupold can. Could also look at some 1-4's and still have the fast picture, would open up more options.
