Not getting email notifications

Hi. I have checked my preferences and have them set to get automatic emails whem there is a post to a thread that I subscribe to or I get a PM on the hide. I have not been getting any email notifications. I also checked my SPAM blocker and there seems to be no conflict there and have been no SH emails in my SPAM folders. Can you think of any other reason that I would not be getting email notifications?

I looked thrugh the thread and cannot find one pertaining to email notifications with any answers. Do you know the name of the thread?
