Hi everyone, just wanted to send out an update about emails from Sniper's Hide. We're currently aware of an issue with our email provider and working to fix it as quickly as possible. I'll update you as soon as I hear any updates, but just wanted to keep you all in the loop!

The issue is preventing members that use 2 step authorization (email) from logging in if you have happened to hit the 30 day mark so it’s not just a listing notification pain, it prevents login.

I have been having the opposite problem. I don't want the emails. So, every time I log into the hide, I go to preferences to make sure the email notifications are turned off. And then I check my email at other times and find email notifications that I did not want.

Yep, never got two-step verification email this morning and had to use back-up codes. Checked spam folders, not there either. Actually, Google server never got an email. And, my email account is working properly.

So, your email issues don't seem to be completely cleared up or have reoccurred.

I got one email this morning that should have come yesterday. Still missing two other emails from yesterday also.

I got a dump of three emails this morning from attempted multi-factor auth attempts on Friday incl one saying that a backup code was used (and it was used by me...only way to log in at the time).

Looks like whatever caused the log jam seems to have broken loose.

I’m having the issue again. I cannot login on my phone. When your two factor timeline runs out you will not be able to log in.

Use the Google Authenticator app for two factor.
