I OCW tested a few rounds for the 6.5 creedmoor, the 308 and a 338 lapua
in short the process really works well and helped me weed out what did not work .

best 5 shot group was at .380 at at 41.9 grains of H4350 avg at 2680 fps next best was the next group up in powder at .560 at 42.2 grains of H4350 fps avg 2698 so subtract .257 in that the measurements were from the outer diameter of the shot ring this equals .123 center to center for the .380 group and .303 for the .560 group.
one other note to mention that the teating was done at 200 yds so half these numbers
its a great way to weed out the best round for a certain bullet
