I blame this on the lack of traditional telephone booths nowadays. Seriously, how can you give them a quarter (or quarters, multiple) to call you in the future if there's no place to use it?

As someone who performs lip augmentation, I can tell you she has had it done (and relatively decent job); she probably didn't need it, so I'm guessing she is very insecure/has issues.
