1. What kid of car, particularly the estimated year model?
2. Did window break during the PIT maneuver?
3. WHAT the fuck kind of rubber bullets will shatter a vehicle safety window?
4. Did the window actually "shatter" as in fall to ground in pieces or did the K9 go through a "shattered" window being held in place by the safety film?

It appears an officer shot a hole in the window with something before the K9 was released. The safety glass film kept most of the window intact, until said K9 jumped inside. Also, the inside thigh/ testicle bite looked extremely painful

The pepperball guns come with glass breaker rounds... They are really just a marble and will blow out a safety glass window in a single shot. You open the breech on the pepperball gun and single-load it. Blow the glass out and after that, you can blow in 20-30 pepperballs in a few seconds.

Which will mess up anyone's day!
