One piece scope mount

I purchased a Nikon Black 1000. I would like to get the best bang for my buck and swap it out on a few of my bolt guns. Any suggestions?

Maybe a ADM QD mount? Do you have adjustable cheek pieces on your rifles?

You're going to be fighting zero's every time you swap it. A 1 pc mount is certainly easier and faster to swap, and it'll return to zero within reason after being removed and remounted (1moa is doable with a good mount). A lot of the time it'll be closer after firing the first shot (at least my ADM was).

Each time you swap it to a different rifle you're going to have to re-zero it though. Then re-zero it when you put it back on the original rifle...

It'll do for a short time, but save your pennies and get an optic for each rifle and you'll be a lot happier. A rifle without an optic (or some kind of sight) is about as useful as a pistol at distance, and a baseball bat up close...

A search on here for swapping scopes pulled up several relatable threads where people were able to successfully utilize both qd rings and qd unimounts a couple years ago.

I agree with @MotorOilMcCall to double down with a scope on each rifle

I have a one piece ring/base combo and I'd have to remove the scope to remove the screws to get the mount off. As a couple others have said QD is the way to go.

I develop a rifle at a time. I make my mods, find my load, and then set it up as if I needed to be able to just pick it up and go. Then on to the next rifle.

Nowhere in that process does swapping out optics play a role.

In one application, I have three rifles that will meet the needs of that application. Each has the same scope and mounts. Those scopes are never removed except for repair.

The relationship between a rifle and its scope is as sacred as a marriage, not to be trifled with lightly.

Spend the money... If it's too much, seriously consider finding a cheaper solution.

There are so many people on this site who have three times the money tied up in optics than they can effectively use to its potential. Don't be that guy...
