Options for 60 degree bolt throw

I am itchin to build a .260, but really want a 60 degree throw.

I would like to do a custom build as opposed to an out of the box rifle.

Maybe even a switch barrel, but not set on it.

What actions are out there that are worth considering?

+1 The Badger 2008 is the only action I know of that you can get to build on that has a 60 degree bolt throw. Unless of course you find a AI action to build on but I have yet to see that happen.

Yeah, the 2008 and the Weatherby Mark V are the only ones I could think of. The Mark V is out for a few reasons. I would be very happy using the Badger, but, are they available again?

I was just wondering if any one else was doing a three lug.

Browning A-Bolt and Tikka T3 are 60-degree setups. I don't know if they are worthy as a basis for what you want to do or not.

Remember he wants switch barrel capability.It's much easier with the Badger.

The Mk5 is difficult to get good lug contact with all those lugs.The action is not very stiff either.

BAT machine makes an action and they also will do it with a built in rail
