“Legal Eagle” mentioned in one of his vids that prosecutors are pursuing RICO violations b/c of statute of limitations concerns. If whatever was done happened long enough in the past, there may be no legal recourse. Resignation “in disgrace” may be the only avenue. And, to be sure, corporations are going to want to cut ties with anyone splashed with this mud.

Just a thought on the resignations. High level positions like that may include emoyment clauses where you agree that your public behavior cannot paint the company in a negative light, "morality clauses." Perhaps by resigning ahead of the scandal breaking, these executives are retaining some significant amount of compensation.

Yeah he did. So far a list of Hollywood types who have been to a Diddy-do-nuffin party means basically nothing. There's several on that list that I just don't believe were present for any of the stuff that Diddy is being accused of, then there's most of that list that I feel sure knew about it or were there doing it
That's just a list of people there that anyone could have made from looking at pictures on the internet from his parties. I agree with you, that list doesn't mean anything.

Pretty sure it was one of the investigators who said this case is worse than Epstein. Not sure exactly what he meant when it comes to worse in what way..? More violence/threats of violence maybe..?

I believe Kutcher and his wife wrote a letter and sent to judge to help reduce Masterson's sentence. It backfired and became a pr nightmare for them.
You hear nothing more because either nothing happens and Mr Rich lives off all the money he made or, after things quiet down, they end up the head of some other company. I literally watched this happen at the company my wife works at. CEO using his position to blackmail and bully chicks 1/2 his age into bed. One of them finally busted him and he blackballs her career on his way out; he got fired, but no charges somehow. It had been going on for years and the whole C-suite knew, but did nothing. Dude literally is CEO of another company in the industry and from the sounds of it, he’s still rolling the same way. I keep waiting for the dad of some abused 25 year old to off him, but he’s still alive. Ridiculous!!!
i don't think it does, but maybe by "retiring" they can still get a parting gift or retirement package before the shit hits the fan.
That Masterson was a weird fucking deal, with also masterson, and 3 woman, all connected to church of Scientology. There was even a retrial. Masterson 1st trial was a flop for Prosecution with half or less in agreement to convict. So LA district attorney went after him in new 2nd trial 'new Jury' . with all the three women sticking to same story that they were Ruffied before rape. One of the 'accusers' was even his longtime girlfriend of 6 year relationship. I think ? the women and attorneys then after the conviction filed lawsuit-$$$ against church of Scientology.
