That IP Address is near Bay Village, Ohio.
Someone was trying to hack your account here.
One way to tell is Sniper's Hide has this cool feature that if you type your password in a thread like this it shows up as asterisks. If you type your password and it shows up as &&&&& you need to reset it.
Here's my password I just typed: *********
